Interesting topic
I had no idea it was a theater.

could have cut some of the video clips to get to the point.
the band names towards the end went too fast to read.

excellent VO and very interesting b roll. the movie clips were interesting at first but were a bit overused and ended up taking away from the direction of the documentary a bit. otherwise, great job.

Pro's-- nice topic choice, music fits topic very well, movie clips and effects really added to effect of video concept

Cons-- movie clips in the beginning seem to take away from true topic of documentary, some more interview segments with different people would have given a fuller perspective, needed to establish more about Vogue's location and history, some text made you a bit dizzy to look at

1)interesting topic
2)i loved the old fashioned style used to describe the history of the place
3)the section showing the passage of time was creative and well done (animated numbers changing)

1)it was very hard to tell what the lady at the beginning was saying
2)there was a little too much b-roll from old movies
3)light show footage was a little too bright, perhaps using a scene that was a little less intense would have been easier on the eyes

Cool title scene. There's a bit of a hum in the background of the audio. Cool use of stock footage and photos. Playing the audio from certain movies behind the woman's interview was a good idea, but it probably could have been brought down a bit in level, it still came over the interview and distracted a bit. All in all pretty cool documentary. Definitely took a different route than most did with the documentary.

Wow. This really takes me back and makes me feel like I was there.

The in-movie clips may have gone too long.

Some of the songs need to be brought down in volume.

Great slideshow credits.

I really liked the cuts you made from scene to scene. Very cool use of movie clips and images. I liked it a lot. It was very informative.

The interview audio was a bit muffled and overtaken by the music at points, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed you documentary.
